History

Accel is a financial education and counseling program developed and administered by GreenPath, Inc., a nationwide non-profit consumer credit counseling service that helps people resolve financial problems, achieve financial goals and get relief from debt.

Since its inception in 1961, GreenPath has worked in the best interests of hundreds of thousands of clients on debt management programs, educating them, helping them establish budgets, consolidating their debt payments and returning nearly $1.2 billion to creditors on their behalf.
