Ongoing Support
Once the program is up and running, the partner relations team focuses on the ongoing support that is critical to the success of the program. Each credit union partner has a designated Partner Relations Specialist who will work with key employees of the credit union to ensure that the Accel program is successful.
Ongoing support comes in many forms. Whether you need follow-up on a member counseling session, assistance coordinating a workshop or an upcoming visit, clarification of data from a partner report, or suggestions about how to use the marketing tools, your partner relations specialist will be right there with you.
